Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The County Building was built in 1854 and serves at the hub of many activities for the residents of the County. The facility has boilers run by #2 fuel oil and would be more efficient with controls that would only run more efficiently. This project will replace controls that are over 50 years old. This will result in savings of fuel oil and will reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
