Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Greenville Rancheria Tribe of Maidu Indians of California proposes to design and install a solar electric system on the Greenville Health Center. The roof-mounted solar system will produce 3-4 kilowatts of renewable solar energy.
