Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The objective of this project is to take advantage of technology in energy efficiency. The Aleutians East Borough Energy Efficiency and Conservation Project will consist of selecting a contractor to perform recommended energy improvements listed in the field inspection report written by a consultant. The anticipated work will include retrofitting appropriate insulation and vapor barriers inside the Cold Bay Terminal Building, which is located in the Aleutians East Borough.
