Department of Energy is proposing to provide federal funding to the recipient to complete laboratory scale research and development activities related to sustainable energy production from biomass via anaerobic biotechnology. All laboratory work will be done on the campus of Marquette University in the College of Engineering Water Quality Center, on a bench scale, and will follow Marquette University standard operating procedures.
