Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) has submitted the following three projects totaling $480,513 that fall within the National Environmental Policy Act bounded template: The Livingston County Courthouse will use $51,000 in Recovery Act fund to install a 14 kilowatt (kW) solar array on the roof of the Courthouse. The system will consist of approximately 70 panels and produce about 24,751 kW hour per year. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District will use $68,510 in Recovery Act funds for a solar thermal project to be installed at District's John E. Egan Water Reclamation Plant. The Tri-City Regional Port District will use $361 ,003 in Recovery Act funds to install solar powered, water heating and cooling systems in two, three story buildings in the River's Edge Development.
