Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for: Developing, coordinating, and implementing the aims and objectives of strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption; ensuring accurate records re maintained and energy monitoring data is collected regularly; preparing specifications for building services, improvement or plant replacement work; carrying out site inspections and energy surveys; preparing detailed schedules of work/feasibility studies and cost estimates; and benchmarking energy consumptions against best practice guidelines, the Energy Engineer will provide metrics for reduction of the City's carbon footprint.
