Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for: Conduct a public education campaign, establish a clearinghouse for information on state and federal tax incentives and rebates, connect low-income residents with resources to make their homes more energy efficient, provide energy efficient and weatherization training to the community, and other community resource outreach efforts.
