A portion of Oklahoma's State Energy Program (SEP) grant will be used to educate the public on the importance of installing cost-effective energy efficiency measures; train auditors and installers; conduct energy audits; install energy efficiency retrofits to reduce energy consumption and improve comfort levels; and evaluate the performance of the retrofits and revise the project based on the evaluation results.
