DOE funding is part of a $1.9 million project to purchase a 100 kilowatt wind turbine to produce power to the Toledo Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) facility and Nacelle (i.e., engine housing/cover) to provide hands-on training to Journey persons and electrical contractors.
