Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant fund. The Community Partners Initiative (CPI), a New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) program, supports local government leadership in engaging residents and local businesses in New Jersey?s various Clean Energy Programs. Technical assistance and financial incentives are offered by CPI to municipalities for their efforts to facilitate such community participation. Perth Amboy will launch an education and outreach campaign to increase participation in CPI clean energy and energy efficiency programs.
