The State of Illinois is providing $712,500 of Recovery Act funding to Lincolnland Agri-Energy for its fermentation expansion project. The project includes the engineering design, procurement, and construction of a fermentation tank at its Palestine facility. Recovery Act funding will be applied to the purchase of tank equipment, which is intended to increase energy efficiency in the production of ethanol.
