Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for: 1) Development of an energy efficiency and conservation strategy (completed), 2) retrofit the Annex building (1979) by installation of a new roof structure and roof with attic ventilation, addition of new attic insulation, and replacement of the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning system with a more energy efficient system, 3) replacement of the inaccurate natural gas meter at the Community Action/Red Cross Building, 4) retrofit the pumps and controls for five sanitary sewer lift stations.
