Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) for: The goal of the project is to reduce the City's energy intensity and costs, and lower greenhouse gas emissions. The Technical Energy Audit (TEA) will evaluate systems, equipment and controls technologies in each building; needs for system re-commissioning and/or repairs, upgrades and replacement.
