Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for: Based on the results of the Crittendon County energy audit conducted, Crittendon will implement the following three building retrofits in the Crittendon County Office Building: 1) replace approximately 515 fluorescent light fixtures with fluorescent T9 lamps and ballast; 2) replace the Crittendon County Office Building air conditioning system, installed in the 1950s, with a new more efficient air conditioning system; and 3) replace the existing Crittendon County Office Building heating system, installed in the 1950s, with a new more efficient heating system.
