This project is for the temporary lease of an offsite parking lot for National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) employees domiciled at the South Table Mountain Complex (STM). City of Golden, County of Jefferson, and State of Colorado. NREL would lease 500 parking spaces in an existing paved parking lot located at the Colorado Mills Mall, 14500 West Colfax Avenue, Golden, Colorado 80401 . This lot is located approximately 1.2 miles from the STM and the proposed lease would last about 18 months. until the new onsite STM parking structure is completed.
