The objective of this project is to perform a study on all municipal facilities in the City of Trenton, New Jersey to determine how best to install sources of renewable energy and perform initial engineering work. In addition, the City will create a program of multiple small grants and loans to local non-profit agencies to perform their own renewable energy feasibility studies.
