Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funding. The Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR) would design and install a Fats, Oil, and Grease (FOG) and High Strength Waste (HSW) waste station at the County's F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center (FWHWRC). The waste station would accept FOG and HSW which would serve as a supplemental energy source within the facility 's existing digesters and allow the facility to maximize the production and use of digester gas to meet a portion of the facility's heat and power demands. FOG would be obtained from local restaurant and food processing sources and HSW from nearby industries.
