Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funding will be used to support the entire project which consists of utilizing technology to increase the energy efficiency of several chiller plant operations. Specifically, the activity would reduce each facility's central chiller plant's energy consumption by installing a computerized real-time energy monitoring system to track each plant's performance and overall operating efficiency to provide early diagnosis and resolution of operational problems of the chiller plants to maintain peak efficiency and lowest overall operating cost.
