The County of Sacramento proposes to use Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funding for the design, purchase and installation of a 1 (one) Megawatt generator to complete a Cogeneration power system to serve the new $1.1 billion central terminal complex at Sacramento Intemational Airport which is already under construction.
