Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds will be used for the following three retrofit activities: 1. Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades and replacements are proposed for City Hall, the Corporate Yard, the Senior Center, city-owned Museum, the Transportation Center and all 10 Fire Stations. 2. Lighting retrofits, updates or lighting overhauls are proposed at City Hall, the Ross Annex, the Museum, the Transportation Center and all 10 Fire Stations. 3. The Park lighting activity includes extemal and internal retrofits in many areas of the park system.
