Department of Energy is proposing to continue to provide funding to the recipient for Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal Installer Certification Testing. North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners currently is the only industry accepted Certifying body for solar photovoltaic and solar thermal installers.
