North Dakota State University will use Congressionally Directed Funding through Department of Energy to develop and design the fabrication of thin-film photovoltaic materials that would accelerate commercialization and cost effective manufacturing and catalysis studies of the oxidative cleavage of unsaturated compounds found in plants and applications to fuel cells.
