Subcontractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies, facilities, utilities, labor, and supervision required to gas free, clean, and inspect the BMT-27 slop oil tank. After the inspection results are reviewed, Department of Energy may exercise options for repair and relining of the tank.
