The North Carolina Solar Center will use Department of Energy American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to develop Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Hot Water Train-the Trainer program which will leverage their network of partners and experience in the solar industry and serve as a train-the-trainer center for the Mid-Atlantic region.
