The City of Santa Rosa, California, will use Department of Energy American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to establish a Clean Energy Advocate pilot program within Santa Rosa and Sonoma Counties. The goals of this project will be to provide an independent non-commercial advocate to assist property owners in navigating the renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water conservation retrofit process.
