The Idaho Office of Energy Resources would perform scoping audits and subsequent energy efficiency upgrades in their K-12 existing school building under the State Energy Program program American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding. The primary purpose of this project is to reduce energy bills in K-12 school districts statewide, thereby avoiding the cost of purchased energy.
