Connecticut's Office of Policy and Management will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of Connecticut. The Office of Policy and Management would pass through Department of Energy funding to sub-recipients for the implementation of the EECBG program. All projects and recipients under this Initiative are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
