The City of San Diego will use Department of Energy and cost share funding to improve crisis response capability and enhance energy security through the installation of a solar photovoltaic system with an energy storage system. Additional activities would not involve analyzing four City-owned Multifamily Affordable Housing buildings for the potential for solar retrofitting and net metering.
