The purpose of the renovation of existing building 315-M is to provide proper storage of Cold War historical and/or Archaeological Research Program artifacts and documents. The area will include work areas for 3 personnel and a working curation room. The building has approximately 27,264 square feet of floor space (one level) and will require upgrades/modifications to the electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment.
