Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve providing lighting retrofits for as many residences and community facilities as the funding permits. Residences for the retrofits will be selected based on need. Incandescent bulbs would be replaced with compact fluorescent bulbs. Power consumption would be reduced.
