Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve the purchase and installation of a solar panel system on the community washeteria, a public facility with rest rooms, showers and laundry facilities. Interior Regional Housing Authority's past experience indicates the solar array would reduce kilowatt hour usage leading to a significant savings in energy usage and cost.
