Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The tribe would purchase an estimated 4,102 4-count packages of compact fluorescent light bulbs to distribute to tribal members during an annual Celebration held the first weekend in October. The tribe would also distribute energy efficiency flyers at various events over the course of the Celebration. An estimated 2,051 households, would be reached through this effort. Each household would receive 2 packages of compact fluorescent bulbs.
