Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Tribe proposes to install two 6 kilowatt wind turbines at Sitting Bull College in Fort Yates, North Dakota, on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation. The two turbines would provide electricity to both the Science Building and the transit center.
