Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Round Valley Indian Tribe would conduct pre-solar panel installation weatherization efforts that would consist of replacing windows and doors at the Tribal Head Start School, Tribal Administration Building, and Tribal Senior Center. The doors and windows include all interior and exterior. Cement foundations would be developed pre-installation at each site. Additionally, heating and air conditioning units would be serviced to improve operating efficiency.
