Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The City of Beavercreek will be awarding a construction contract for replacement of approximately nine (9) Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning units in two (2) municipal facilities within the City of Beavercreek, City Hall and the Police Building will be receiving Energy Efficient Retrofits to its heating and cooling systems.
