Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The City of Beavercreek will be hiring an energy consultant to prepare an Energy Conservation Strategy which will consider building retrofits, solar energy applications, energy efficient street lighting, partnerships with local utility companies as well as public outreach and education.
