Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve establishing an energy efficiency program for tribal members. Under this activity, the tribe would develop a plan for implementing energy efficiency strategies in residences. The program would also include and energy-efficiency fair to promote energy efficiencies to residents, to be held at the Tribe's Executive Building. Lastly, the program would include a project to provide compact fluorescent lights (CFLs) to tribal members at no or reduced cost, as well as to establish a recycling program for CFLs.
