The Tribe proposes to implement upgrades and retrofits for energy conservation and emissions reductions, based on the findings from its separately proposed Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funded audit activity. Retrofits and upgrades would be limited to new business/office equipment, lighting fixtures, appliances and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment. Facilities that would be considered for retrofits include: Headstart, Food Distribution Housing Authority, Elder/Community Buildings, Domestic Abuse Shelter, Fire Halls, Development, School, Tribal Government and Radio Station.
