Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds will be provided to the City's Committee on Energy Efficiency and Green Government to take the lead in developing a community education program, culminating in a Green Day in the Fall of 2009 where Methuen residents can learn about resources that are available to them to help them be better energy managers for their own households.
