Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The purchase of the EnerGov software platform for planning, permitting and code enforcement. The efficiencies gained by the use of this new innovative technology will represent another "green" initiative with direct energy savings through the avoidance of duplicated trips by staff to project sites and many more trips avoided by members of the public undertaking those projects.
