Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve the replacement of parking lot light fixtures and light bulbs with highly efficient fluorescent lights and fixtures providing energy savings of up to 60 percent as well as an extended life of the lights for Community Center Parking and Tribal Health Clinic building.
