The Department of Energy (DOE) has agency regulations (10 CFR part 1021) for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA; 42 U.S.C. 4332(2)). The current version of 10 CFR part 1021 can be found in the electronic Code of Federal Regulations.
In addition to the DOE NEPA regulations at 10 CFR 1021, DOE also has new DOE NEPA Implementing Procedures. DOE will implement its new procedures alongside its NEPA procedures in regulation at 10 CFR part 1021.
