SUMMARY: Acquisition Guide, Chapter 39.3 Acquisition of Information Technology and the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), is revised to add, define, and clarify requirements for the acquisition of Operational Technology (OT) and the Internet of Things (IoT), and make other necessary editorial and administrative changes to streamline the chapter content and improve consistency.
