SUBJECT: DOE O 542.2A Unsolicited Proposals

SUMMARY: Effective immediately the Department of Energy directive DOE O 542.2A, Unsolicited Proposals, dated 12-28-2006 is cancelled. Cancellation of this directive does not relieve the Department or its contractors from complying with applicable Federal laws and regulations pertaining to the canceled directives.

Guidance for Unsolicited Proposals can be found in Acquisition Guide Chapter 15.6, Unsolicited Proposals, and the Guide to Financial Assistance Chapter 2.3.5, Unsolicited Proposals, and will be updated accordingly.
