DOE ordered Senneca Holdings (Senneca) to pay a $1,800,000 civil penalty after Senneca had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of the noncompliant Senneca walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer doors. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Senneca.
