DOE ordered Guangdong Coomo Technology, Inc. (Guangdong) to pay a $20,000 civil penalty after finding Guangdong had failed to certify that certain models of miscellaneous refrigeration products comply with the applicable energy conservation standards. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Guangdong.
