DOE ordered Foshan Shi Qubu Trading (FSQT) to pay a $20,000 civil penalty after finding FSQT had failed to certify that certain models of miscellaneous refrigeration products comply with the applicable energy conservation standards. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and FSQT.
