DOE ordered Felix Storch to pay a $2,515 civil penalty after Felix Storch had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of the noncompliant Felix Storch commercial refrigeration equipment. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Felix Storch.
