DOE ordered Comitale National, Inc. (Comitale) to pay a $36,260 civil penalty after Comitale had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of the noncompliant Comitale packaged terminal heat pumps model # PH093010WA. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Comitale.
