DOE ordered C&A Marketing, Inc.(C&A) to pay a $50,000 civil penalty after finding C&A had failed to certify that certain models of miscellaneous refrigeration products comply with the applicable energy conservation standards. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and C&A.
